Delitha Henson is the founder and CEO. The menu is broad: silk presses with a wash, flat color and grey coverage, full head and partial highlights, balayage, all-over platinum, braids and cornrows, interlocks and faux butterfly locs, tape extensions and weaves, and upart or lace wigs. A silk press uses a Marcel hot comb and includes a wash, and it usually takes about an hour or more. A dermal stimulation treatment combines an electric comb massage, a steam hydration session, a silk press and a sample of the salon's hair growth oil. Wedding and prom packages start at set prices, with final pricing given by phone.

Booking is done through an online page. A $25 deposit is collected when you book. Arriving 10 or more minutes late brings a $15 late fee, and arriving 30 or more minutes late means rescheduling. Because seating is limited, children, pets and extra guests are only allowed if they are receiving a service. Products and services are non-refundable.

Monthly memberships come in three tiers, and dues renew automatically each month on a card kept on file. Cancelling requires notice 30 days ahead and a cancellation form. Memberships cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, coupons or gift certificates, and substitutions and refunds are not offered. The salon also runs an online braiding course for beginners and working stylists, covering basic to advanced techniques.

The salon says it aims to combine healthy hair, hair-growth solutions, education and service, and it describes its goal as a luxury experience where quality service meets client satisfaction.
