The salon is in suite 102 at 1000 S. Grand Ave and works by appointment only. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The salon says its focus is helping each client feel as polished as they look.

Hair work centers on color and lightening, from platinum blondes and vivid tones to balayage, highlights, lived-in color, and platinum or fantasy shades. Haircuts, styling and blow-outs are also available and are listed on the booking form.

Skincare is offered under the name The Icelandic Esthetician, which the salon describes as elevated. Skin care consultations are available. Four named facials are offered: Vorboði, the Awakening Facial, a customized spring treatment with gentle exfoliation, deep hydration and facial massage; Sumarljómi, the Radiance Facial, which is oxygen-infused and combines layered exfoliation, facial massage, hydration and active serums; Upphaf, the Welcome Facial, which begins with a consultation, skin analysis, cleansing and facial massage; and Kyrrð, the Massage Facial, which focuses on therapeutic facial massage with cleansing and hydration. Facials use Luzern formulations. Waxing for brows, upper lip and underarms, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting round out the menu.
