Cut By Saint Vier is located in Suite 127 at 1175 NJ-33 in Farmingdale and is open Tuesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm. Haircuts are offered in a standard or extended appointment. A standard haircut runs one hour and 15 minutes and includes a consultation, wash, cut, and styling. The extended version adds fifteen minutes for clients with extra long or extra thick hair.

The studio cuts with scissors, a razor, or a combination of both, and finishes the hair either with a blowout or by hand, diffused to the client's natural texture. The signature Calligraphy Cut uses a patented tool called the Calligraph, held like a pen and cutting the hair at a 21-degree angle. The studio states that this technique increases the surface area of each strand by nearly 300%. Calligraphy Cuts are offered in standard and extended options and suit clients who go longer between cuts, want a soft, lived-in look, or want more volume.

For larger changes, the Transformation Cut is a two-hour appointment covering consultation, wash, treatment, cut, and a styling tutorial. It is not intended to be repeated each visit; maintenance is handled with a standard or extended haircut. Bang Trims, a 15-minute dry trim of the center front hair, and Shape Ups, a 30-minute dry trim for bangs, face framing, and crown layers, are available to established clients only.
