Visits start with a free consultation, requested online or by phone, which runs about one hour. The specialist asks about the cause of the hair loss, along with the client's scalp, hair and lifestyle, before suggesting options. Prices are discussed and quoted at that first visit, with choices offered at several price points. Appointments are required, since walk-ins are not accepted for consultations. Clients may bring one supportive friend or family member, though the consultation rooms have space for only one additional person.

Custom wigs can be fitted to the shape of the client's head. In-stock options include human hair and synthetic wigs in machine-made, monofilament, lace front and handtied lightweight styles, with hundreds of styles and colors to choose from. Staff also wash and style wigs and toppers, and explain how to wash and maintain them at home.

Clients with insurance are advised to check coverage before a consultation. Some insurers reimburse for a cranial prosthesis; in that case the client pays the business directly and receives paperwork to file a claim. With a doctor's prescription for a cranial prosthesis, the hair purchase is free of Florida sales tax. The business also accepts donated hair, at least 12 inches long and free of chemical processing, for its Wigs for Kids program.

Each non-surgical solution is customized to the client's scalp, hair, lifestyle and cause of hair loss. The business describes its men's procedures as non-invasive and says its solutions are undetectable to others.
