Custom Dezign Loc Studio is a loc salon in St. Petersburg that also offers business coaching. Policies: the salon is open Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm, and is closed Sundays. Hair services and deposits are non-refundable. Clients who are not happy with their style may request a redo within 48 hours. Changes need 24 hours notice; cancellations made with less notice are charged $25, and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked fee. There is a 15-minute grace period if a client calls or texts that they are running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late incurs a $25 late fee and may mean rescheduling. Children under 12 may only come along if they have their own booked appointment and are being serviced.
