Acne care is built as a plan rather than a single visit. A course usually runs four to twelve weeks, with weekly office treatments, a home-care program and customized products that are adjusted to how quickly the client responds. Once skin clears, clients are taught a routine to maintain it. Treatments are sold by area, whether face, chest, back or a combination, and the first acne consultation can be done during a treatment with no extra fee. For those who prefer not to come in first, a virtual acne consultation is available: clients submit a form with two or three photos of the affected area and receive advice within 48 hours.
The anti-aging and facial menu includes chemical peels in AHA strengths of 30, 50 and 70 percent, along with TCA and BHA peels, which take about 30 minutes; the business describes its medical grade peels as the highest quality. Dermaplaning uses a sterile surgical scalpel to remove the outer skin layer and fine vellus hair from the face. The mini-facelift/microcurrent treatment combines microcurrent with acupuncture points, LED and ultrasound, and is delivered as a series with maintenance visits every four to eight weeks afterward. Micro needling begins with a consultation and runs about 1 1/4 hours. Plasma fibroblast treatment is offered for acne scars, photo aging, seborrheic keratosis, wrinkles and lip fullness. A standard facial lasts one hour.
Products are custom blended after a professional skin analysis, using only the ingredients a given client needs. The business describes these as non-prescription pharmaceutical products, uses ingredients it says are sourced from the U.S.A., and says each raw material is screened and each product lab-tested before approval. Products are expected to last about three months, and the business also sells product kits.
