The salon's cutting work centers on the Devacut, a dry, curl-by-curl cut with no styling, which can be booked alone or paired with fingerstyle, steam or a style. Color options range from root touch-ups and all-over color for gray coverage to highlights, balayage, pintura and two-step double process color. Silk press, flat twists, round brush blowouts and fingerstyle round out the styling menu.

Pricing is listed separately for new and existing clients, and several services note what is included, such as shampoo, steam hydration or a style. Color services carry an additional fee after two bowls of color. Olaplex and K-18 bond-repair treatments can be added to other services, and gift cards are available.

Clients are asked to arrive with curls detangled and defined using product, without stretching the hair beforehand, and without a twist-out, braid-out, bun, ponytail or pineapple. The salon asks clients to wash their hair 24 to 48 hours before the visit and does not wash or style hair before the cut. Detangling that runs longer than 15 minutes carries a $40 charge. Appointments need confirmation at least 72 hours ahead, and children are not serviced.
