The salon's philosophy centers on teaching clients to style their curls naturally and helping them build a product combination and home routine that suits their hair. The stated aim is to help clients feel confident with their curls.
Cutting depends on hair type. Curly and wavy hair is cut dry, followed by a natural curly style, and clients are asked to arrive with hair down and dry. Non-curly hair gets a wet cut. Clients who are unsure whether a curly cut is right for them can book the Curly Hair Education Wash and Go, which covers which products suit their curl type and a styling routine.
Color is offered for every hair texture, from straight to curly. Options include toners, glosses, mini and partial foil highlights, all-over color, painted highlights on selected curls, and larger changes such as balayage, rainbow color, full-head highlights or lowlights, and full blonding. Larger color changes need a consultation and a $50 deposit before booking.
Hours are Monday 10 AM to 7:30 PM and Tuesday through Sunday 10 AM to 7 PM. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
