The curly cut is the studio's most detailed service. It is a 90-minute visit that starts with a consultation about curl history, current products and what the client wants, followed by a dry cut, a detox shampoo and mask, and a style out. A shorter dry-cut-only option takes 45 minutes with no wash or style. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, detangled, fully dry hair, or an extra charge may apply or the visit may be moved.
Color services run from a color consultation and toner refresh through root touch-ups for gray coverage, faceframe highlights, partial and full highlights, and partial and full balayage. Partial and full highlights and balayage include toner and a style. All-over color can be darker than natural or shifted toward red, copper or red violet, and vivid colors are also offered from 240-minute visits.
Brow and lash services include eyebrow shaping, a brow lift that is a brow lamination treatment, and a lash lift with tint. Hair services also include shampoo blowouts with style, haircuts with style, Keratin Express and bang trims.
Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that is applied to the service, and up to three reschedules are allowed before the appointment is cancelled and the deposit is taken. Changes are requested within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 30% fee of the scheduled service is charged to the card on file for no-shows or late cancellations. Guests beyond the client are not permitted due to limited space. Cards carry a 2.6% processing fee, cash is accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the visit. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount and are final.
