Curly Hair Concierge is a curly hair specialty salon serving curly and textured hair. Each appointment is a one-on-one booking in a private suite, so only one client is in the studio at a time and appointments are never double-booked. Every visit starts with a consultation about hair goals, daily routine and styling habits, and the studio can give time estimates when booking. Curly cuts are done dry, curl by curl, and include a wash and style. The salon's best-known offering is The Curly Girl Experience, which the salon describes as built around each client's curl pattern. It takes 90 to 120 minutes and includes a consultation, curl-pattern mapping, a dry precision cut, cleansing and product layering, a styling tutorial and a written product plan. An optional 30-minute at-home styling lesson is available for $50, and clients may record it on their phone. For 72 hours after that appointment, clients have a direct line for questions.

The color menu includes balayage, classic foil highlights, full color, gloss and toner, root touch-ups, gray coverage and color correction. Balayage is hand-painted freehand color that grows out softly and is offered as a partial or full service. Color is charged at $175 per hour and the final price depends on the complexity of the work, so color services may need a consultation before pricing is confirmed. Balayage pricing includes toner and styling, and balayage consultations are free.

Memberships are available as Inner Circle at $85 every 28 days and Premium at $145 every 28 days, with no contracts and cancellation at any time. Booking is online through Vagaro, and clients can message the salon through its contact page for help choosing a service. Payment is due at the time of service by cash, card or digital payment. Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice; late cancellations or no-shows may be charged half of the scheduled price. Clients with concerns about a service can contact the salon within 7 days.

The studio works on curly hair dry and shapes each curl individually, taking shrinkage, density and curl pattern into account, and gives each client a styling lesson so they can care for their own hair at home.
