The salon is open Monday afternoons, Tuesday through Friday with Tuesday and Friday evenings until 8pm, and closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

New clients usually begin with a 45-minute curly consult for $25. It covers hair history and goals, current product use and recommendations, a styling plan, and take-home product samples, and a product review follows at the next appointment. Consultations are also required before new client transformation packages unless the stylist approves otherwise.

Every appointment requires a deposit. Most deposits are $25 or $50 and go toward the service price, and they are non-refundable. Clients have a 15-minute grace period unless told otherwise when booking. Arrivals 15 or more minutes late may be rebooked, or the price may be reduced to the time received. A no-call, no-show gives the guest 48 hours to get in touch; the deposit is not applied to future services, and two no-call, no-shows lead to being blocked from booking.

Each new client starts with a consultation to learn the hair history and set a plan before any decisions are made, and products are explained along with their purpose.
