The salon's philosophy is that curly hair should not have to be changed in order to feel beautiful and confident. For that reason it does not use relaxers or straighteners. Its services combine personalized education with dry cutting.

A first visit is built around Discover Your Curls. Clients get a one-on-one wash, condition and style, along with tips on refreshing curls without washing them every time. The Shape versions add a wash and cut that prepares hair for the CGW Cast / Dry Cut. Returning clients can choose a wash-only Curl Routine, a Curl Routine with a dry curl cut, or Hands-On Refresh coaching for maintaining curls at home, which is best booked one to two days after wash day with product in and hair not overly tangled. The CGW Cast / Dry Cut takes about 30 minutes, requires a gel cast, and is limited to returning clients who have been pre-approved.

Services start at $65 for the shortest refresh and cast appointments and at $135 for the longest new-client visit, with prices listed as starting prices.
