The curl services are organized around how often a client comes back. The Curl Clean up, at $145 and about 1.5 hours, is for clients returning within three to four months and includes a haircut plus a shampoo and style session meant to keep hair healthy and its shape. The Curl Refresher, at $160 and about 2 hours, is for clients returning after four months and adds an education refresher to the haircut and styling session.
Color services start with a consultation form on the website, and a free 15-minute virtual consultation is available. Single Process Root to End Color starts at $250 and takes about 3 hours. Gray Blending starts at $110 and takes about 2 hours. Gloss starts at $50, and highlights come in three sizes: Mini from $175, Partial from $225 and Full from $275, with final prices depending on the result a client wants.
Because hair is cut dry, the studio asks clients to arrive with hair washed, fully dry, detangled and with little to no product, prepared at least 48 hours ahead. Hair that is not ready may lead to the appointment being rescheduled or refused, and a preparation fee may apply. Walk-ins are not accepted, cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations carry a $50 fee. Services are non-refundable, though adjustment requests made within two weeks of the appointment are reviewed by the salon.
Education comes first: the owner keeps learning and shares that knowledge with clients, with cuts and color shaped around each person's hair.
