The salon is led by owner Quateshia Harden, who began working behind the chair at age 12, following her mother and grandmother into the trade. She says she has helped hundreds of women move toward healthier hair-care habits. Most services are priced from a starting point, and the price can change with hair length, density and how much work is involved. Many appointments take a deposit at booking, which is non-refundable but can be moved to a new appointment. Missed appointments without a call are charged the full service price, and a declined card blocks new bookings until the balance is paid.
