Cuts are done dry and customized to each curl, and every haircut includes a wash and style. Color services are built around the curls: single process color covers the roots only, while glazes deposit semi-permanent color to add shine and strengthen curls. Highlights are hand painted and include a glaze, wash and style.

Before a service, the stylist assesses porosity, moisture levels and how the curls behave, then makes product recommendations during the appointment. Extra services can be added during a visit, though booking ahead is recommended. The first consultation is free. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, dried and fully detangled, with little to no product, and without buns, ponytails, braids or other manipulation of the curls.
