Most of the menu is set up for curly hair. Curly cuts are priced separately for new clients and existing clients, and both begin with cleansing and conditioning before the haircut and curl styling. Other styling options include twist outs, two strand twists, curl TLC appointments, and a blow out that is pressed and trimmed, with a restorative version that adds a scalp scrub and either an Olaplex treatment or a protein mask.

Color ranges from glazing and toner to root retouches, full highlights, all-over color, creative color and color for clip-ins or bundles, and several of these can be paired with a curl or twist finish. A consultation is required before some of the color services, including creative color, all-over color and clip-in or bundle color. A standalone consultation is also available, which includes a questionnaire and an evaluation of the hair to help choose suitable services. Two packages combine color with a curly cut and finish at a set price.

Clients who want to care for their curls at home can book a one-on-one Curl TLC class, where the stylist teaches shampooing and styling techniques.

Booking policies: clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. There is a 15-minute grace period, and arrivals after it pay a $15 late fee. Late arrivals lose appointment time and may be rescheduled. A no-show without any contact means future appointments cannot be booked. Deposits cannot be refunded but can be moved once with proper notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Package and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when a service is booked as usual on the services page.

Services center on curly hair care, with cleansing, conditioning and steam steps built into most styling appointments and a class that teaches clients to maintain their curls at home.
