Cuts center on the Ouidad Curly Cut, which is shaped to each client's curl texture and facial features and suits all hair types. The cut takes 105 minutes, and higher-density curls need extra booking time. The business says its carving and slicing technique is an Ouidad exclusive for curl-specific cutting. Styling includes the Ouidad Rake and Shake for defined curls and a Two Strand Twist, which is a protective style.
Color options include a gloss or toner for shine and tone, freehand partial and full balayage, and full highlights. Treatments include a frizz-fighting hydrating mask, a steam-based treatment that restores moisture to dry, damaged or over-processed curls, and a protein-based Ouidad Deep Treatment for strength and curl definition. Styling is not included with the gloss, the highlights or the two treatments that name it as excluded.

Booking requires a credit card to hold the reservation. Clients are asked to give 48 hours' notice for any cancellation, and no-shows are charged the full price of the service. Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
