Visits include curl-focused cuts for men, women and children, along with washes, blowouts and a curl treatment that uses a moisture and protein deep conditioner under a hooded dryer. Clients are taught how to care for their hair at home so the results last after the appointment. The salon also offers a personalized service called The Curl Haven Experience and a curl rehab for returning clients.

For color, the salon offers full highlights or balayage with foils and a glaze, single and double process color, full color, lowlights, partial highlights, colorblock or money piece work, and a test strand before a color service. Color correction is priced by the hour, for clients who want to change a look over previous color.

Booking policies ask for 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the booked service. Clients running more than 15 minutes late should call, and the salon will try to fit the requested services into the time available.
