Services are offered a la carte, so a visit can pair a cut or color with add-on treatments. Listed prices are entry-level figures, and the final cost depends on the stylist's time and how long the service takes. Color correction and a first-time All Over Platinum both start with a consultation, Detangling Service must be booked with a signature style or haircut, and Wash and Blowdry does not include flat ironing.

Hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm, and closed Sunday. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before a service; anything later is charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Services are not refundable, but adjustments can be made within two weeks of the original appointment date. Gift cards are sold on the website and through the Blvd booking page, and hair products from the brands the salon uses are sold in the salon.
