Curiouser & Curiouser Lashes

The studio operates out of a private home in Lakewood and is decorated with an Alice in Wonderland theme. The studio says clients travel from across Colorado to visit.

Full sets come in three styles: a classic set with a wispy, natural look built one extension to one natural lash, which suits first-time clients and can be done as a wet set; a hybrid mix of classic lashes and volume fans; and a denser volume or mega volume set made of volume fans. Sets can be tailored in length, curl, pattern, color (including brown) and density. Fills are booked by appointment length and timing since the last visit. A 60-minute fill suits good retention or less than two weeks since the last fill, a 90-minute fill is the standard for classic, hybrid, volume or mega volume sets, and a 120-minute fill is for existing clients three or more weeks out with at least 30 percent retention. Clients who already wear extensions from another studio can book a foreign fill, and quick touch-ups or spot fills are available within a week of a previous fill or set, useful before events.

Visits include a treatment bed with an optional heated pad, blanket and bolster, soft music and a comfortable room temperature, with parking right at the studio. Appointments can be booked online at any hour through Setmore. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, and payment is accepted in cash, Venmo or Zelle.

Lash work is built around client comfort and preference, with clients free to chat or sit quietly during appointments.
