Booking policies are firm. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a $30 charge on the card on file, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service. Arriving more than 10 minutes late costs $30 and means rescheduling. Refunds are not given for services, and appointments outside regular hours add $10 per 30 minutes, with Sunday or Monday appointments adding $30.
