CURE Wellness Club was founded by Vita in 2020 in New Orleans. Vita later relocated to Florida, where the business developed into CURE Wellness Club NoMi.

The facial menu runs from a teen facial for ages 13 to 17 up to a four layer facelift, with options including a deep pore cleansing facial, an acne treatment facial, a Hydrafacial and a personalized peel. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, chest, back and intimate areas, and lash services include classic, wet set, volume and anime styles. Wax packages of three, five or ten Brazilian waxes are also offered.

Booking requires a $20 deposit, which is applied to the service balance and is non-refundable. Changes need at least 12 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit, with a new deposit needed to rebook. Lash sets and refills are evaluated at booking, so prices may vary, and volume refills need at least 50% of natural lashes with no foreign lashes.
