Several products are used throughout the menu. Dazzle Dry polish is described as vegan, non-toxic, hypoallergenic and formaldehyde-free, with polishes described as either 8-free or 10+ free. Dazzle Dry is said to dry in about five minutes and last seven to fourteen days. Other lines include Apres gel polish and soft gel extensions, Luminary Nail Systems one-step builder gel used in the Build Me Up Mani, Farmhouse Fresh lotions, masks and scrubs, and Footlogix callus treatments in several pedicures. The Stress Reliever mani/pedi includes a massage with CBD oil. Listed prices are described as all-inclusive, with gel polish or Dazzle Dry included.

The menu runs from kids' and tweens' options to adult services. Little Bit of Luxe is for ages 5 to 10 at $30 for a manicure or $40 for a pedicure and does not include gel polish. Tween Glam Mani is $50 for ages 11 to 15 and includes a gel manicure. The Man-Up Manicure is $50 for 30 minutes and includes an oil massage and hot towels. Bro Toes pedicures run $50 for 30 minutes or $75 for one hour. Mani/pedi combinations range from the Classic at $57 to the Treat Yourself at $82 for a manicure and $97 for a pedicure, with gel on toes adding $5. Apres Gel-X soft gel extensions are $92 and take about one hour and fifteen minutes. Children and infants may not accompany adults unless they have their own scheduled service.

The salon has a fully equipped party room that can be rented for bachelorette parties, bridal showers and ladies days, and the team can help coordinate food from nearby local establishments. A party inquiry form covers manicures only, pedicures only, or mani/pedi combinations. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Friday 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price, non-refundable and not applicable to future services. Chipped, broken or popped-off nails are repaired free if reported within seven days, and later repairs carry a fee depending on the work. Enhancements are covered for chips, lifting or missing pieces for up to seven days when aftercare is followed. A happiness guarantee corrects problems reported within three days, free, within a week of service. The loyalty program gives one point per dollar on services, retail and gift cards, with 100 points equal to $1, plus 500 points for a referral, 250 points for a Google review and 25% off a retail item in the birthday month. Points do not expire. Services are not provided to clients with nail infections.
