Booking a wedding follows a set path. Clients send an inquiry for a quote, sign a contract and pay a deposit. Securing a date requires a $1000 minimum that does not include travel and extras. Hair and makeup trials are recommended two to three months before the wedding and take place at the Sterling studio, and the day timeline is set with the client and their photographer after the trial. Travel is included within 20 miles of the artist's location, with additional fees possible beyond that.

On the wedding day, the bride's hair and makeup session is scheduled for two hours, while each bridal party member is scheduled for 45 minutes per service. Every bride receives her own touch-up kit. Larger bridal parties are handled by a team of two makeup artists and two hairstylists. Contact replies may take up to 48 business hours because of high inquiry volume.

On the skin side, services range from a customized bridal facial to hydrafacials, dermaplane facials, chemical peels, the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, a Hydrojelly Mask, LED light therapy, body brightening and body treatments.

Bridal artistry and personalized skincare are offered under one roof, with facials customized to each client.
