The studio's core offering is the CNC by CRLAB custom hair replacement system. Each system has a 3D-created scalp replica base and unprocessed hair with natural curl patterns, in nine natural virgin colors. It is bonded to the scalp with medical-grade adhesive, can be worn up to four weeks at a time, and does not require shaving existing hair. Bonded wearers keep two systems and attend monthly service appointments, and a system is expected to last about two to three years with up to two repairs. Alternate attachment methods are discussed at the first consultation. According to the studio, its CNC systems are among the most realistic non-surgical options available, and it says that through a partnership with CRLAB it holds exclusive rights to the CNC design in the Atlanta area.

Clients who prefer a lighter option can look at CURA Crowns, which have a scalp replica base and attach with clips or tape for daily wear, or Ready to Wear toppers, which are 100% human Remy hair and come pre-colored. Custom toppers take about 12 weeks to produce. Staff teach clients how to put on, take off and place a topper, and a topper can be removed to use the laser helmet or topical products. Scalp treatments, offered in the studio or at home, begin with an in-depth analysis to see whether the scalp is dry, oily or balanced, followed by exfoliation, cleansing, and a toner or specialized vial. The six-week trichology protocol includes a second analysis to track progress. The studio notes that trichology results typically take about three months to balance the scalp and about six months to show with growing hair.

For chemotherapy clients, the studio offers a complimentary haircut to cut hair short, custom human hair wigs with a cut and color matched to the client's current style at consultation, and wig styling in the studio. Wigs generally need washing and styling every four to six weeks, depending on wear. Scarves and headwraps are also available, along with haircuts and smoothing as hair grows back. Chemo Care appointments take place in a private setting. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later service for health and wellness purchases. The studio lists no hard credit checks, 0% APR plans subject to eligibility, and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, with approvals of up to $30,000 depending on eligibility.
