The studio focuses on color analysis lash extensions, which use color theory to choose lash shades that suit each client. Before a lash appointment, clients can share colors, concepts, inspiration and must-haves in their booking notes. The studio says it is one of the few in San Diego that specialize in this method.

Brow services include waxing, tweezing, trimming and shaping, and a brow lamination treatment intended to smooth and define brows. Skincare includes dermaplaning, a non-invasive exfoliation that removes dead skin cells and fine vellus hair, and Cupid's Glow, a facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, high frequency, LED light therapy and facial massage. Bookings require a valid card on file. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations incur a charge of 50% of the booked service. All services are nonrefundable, but anyone with a concern can reach out so adjustments can be talked through. If a client arrives late, the appointment may be shortened, so the studio asks to hear as soon as possible when a delay is coming. Before any treatment, clients are asked to share allergies and sensitivities. Payment is accepted by card on file, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. Parking costs nothing for up to two hours, either in the lot or directly in front of the building. Questions can be sent via Instagram, and replies arrive within 24 to 48 hours.

Lash shades are chosen with color theory so they fit each client's natural features, and the health of natural lashes is kept in view.
