Facials are the core of the menu. A Basic Facial is a 50-minute treatment customized to skin type, with a skin analysis, double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, and massage of the face, neck, shoulders, décolletage and feet. Deep Pore Cleansing facials come in Regular, Plus and Premium levels, with the steps increasing from a power peel and high-frequency treatment up to ultrasonic water peeling and a Dead Sea mask. The Brightening Facial uses European facial techniques with a customized mask, and the Omakase Facial is a 90-minute treatment that the esthetician chooses based on the skin's condition that day. Lymphatic facial therapy is a gentle, non-invasive drainage massage that moves fluid toward the lymph nodes of the face, neck and chest. The business says regular sessions can help with puffiness, hyperpigmentation and acne breakouts, and can ease downtime and bruising after surgery.

Massage options include Relaxation, Shiatsu Deep Tissue, Pain Control, Pregnancy and a combined Relaxation and Shiatsu session, along with a Japanese-style dry head spa with foot massage. Skincare enhancements such as glycolic acid, vitamin C and non-chemical peels can be added to other services. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, body and bikini areas.

Booking is online only. The door stays locked for security, and clients are let in a few minutes before their appointment. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash, personal check and Cup of Spa gift cards; credit cards and digital payments are no longer accepted. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a $40 fee, and no-shows are treated the same way. Prices may change without notice.

Hours are Sunday 9:00am to 4:00pm, Monday and Thursday 10:00am to 7:00pm, Tuesday and Wednesday closed, Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am to 7:00pm.
