Before a first visit, clients can complete a free online skin consultation questionnaire and receive product and service suggestions by email. The facial menu ranges from a standard facial to the OxyTrio Facial, and a pumpkin enzyme renewal facial is offered as a limited-time option. Chemical peels come in light, medium and strong strengths, and microdermabrasion is available with crystal or diamond tips. Microneedling, dermaplaning and facial cupping are also on the menu.
Peel and microneedling packages of three treatments are valid for 12 months. The medium and strong peel packages and the microneedling package include a post-peel care package the studio values at $70. Red light and infrared sauna sessions run 30 or 45 minutes, and five-session packages pay for four sessions, also valid for 12 months.
Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, back and chest, and brow and lash tinting is also offered. Paying cash at the appointment brings a small discount, which the studio says offsets card processing fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment incur a fee of 50 percent of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full cost. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule are asked to contact the studio by phone or email as soon as possible.
The studio is open Monday through Friday with hours that differ by day, and it is closed on weekends. Hours may vary slightly from week to week, and the booking pages show current availability.
Treatments are customized to each client's skin, and the studio uses a free online questionnaire to shape product and service recommendations.
