The facials range from a 30-minute express option to a 90-minute dermaplane facial and a hydrodermabrasion glow facial. The basic facial, listed for new clients, includes a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a hydrating mask, moisturizer and facial massage. The ultimate customized facial is shaped around hydration, anti-aging, pigmentation, acne or a mix of these. The customized chemical peel is offered to returning clients only, and the studio recommends four to six sessions. There is also a facial designed for men and a teen facial.
Add-ons can be booked with a facial: LED light therapy, where red light is used for fine lines and firmness, blue for acne-causing bacteria, yellow for redness and green for hyperpigmentation and uneven tone; oxygen infusion with serums; dermaplaning; and scalp massage. Waxing is available for the chin, upper lip and underarms.
Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and later changes carry a fee of 30% of the scheduled service. Clients who miss an appointment without notice cannot book future ones. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, and arriving later than that may lead to cancellation. Only guests who are also booking a service may join a client in the suite. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle, Apple Cash and Venmo.
Before a facial, clients are asked to stop active acids, retinol and vitamin A products for 3 to 5 days before and after. Facial waxing should be avoided two days before and after a facial. Men do not need to remove facial hair but should not shave the day before or the day of a facial, and caffeine before an appointment is discouraged. Clients with flu-like symptoms, a fever, chills, a cough or a sinus infection are advised to reschedule, as are clients with an active cold sore or open lesion. Clients more than 20 weeks pregnant should check with a doctor before booking.
Treatments are tailored in several facials, including the ultimate customized facial and the customized chemical peel, to address hydration, anti-aging, pigmentation, acne or a combination of concerns.
