Crystal, the owner, is the sole practitioner and performs every appointment herself. Each visit is private and unhurried, and no appointments overlap, so a client has the technician's full attention for the whole session. The studio offers lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow services, waxing, and a set of add-on options.

Lash extensions come in several styles. Classic uses one extension per natural lash for a subtle look, Wet Look is applied slightly clumped for a glossy finish, Hybrid mixes classic and volume for a fuller, textured look, Volume places several lightweight extensions on each natural lash, Mega Volume uses several ultra-fine extensions per lash for maximum fullness, and Wispy mixes long and short extensions for a softer, textured effect. Refills are recommended every two to three weeks, with separate prices for each interval. Lash lifts can be booked alone or with a tint. Brow services include tinting, lamination with shaping, and a combination of all three.

Waxing covers facial areas such as the lip, brow, chin and cheek, along with underarms, arms, legs, and the bikini line. Booking requires a $25 deposit, which is applied to the total and must be submitted within 24 hours or the appointment may be forfeited. Deposits are non-refundable, and at least 24 hours' notice is needed to cancel or reschedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. First-time lash clients are asked to request a patch test 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Gratuity is not included, and a tip of 15 to 20 percent is appreciated. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted; prepaid gift cards and checks are not. Pets are not permitted, except guide dogs with a doctor's note, and additional guests or children cannot be accommodated.

Appointments are private, unrushed and kept to one client at a time, with no double-booking. Services are built around one technician working through each appointment personally.
