The menu runs from quick express hand and feet color, including French tips and solid colors, through classic, princess, spa, deluxe and signature manicures and pedicures, up to combined pedi and mani packages. Spa and deluxe versions add treatments such as a sea salt scrub, hot towels, massage, callus treatment, hot paraffin wax and, in the signature manicure, a hot stone massage. Gel polish can be added to most services, and nail enhancements include acrylic, UV gel, pink and white, ombre and dip powder options.

Hygiene is described in some detail. Each pedicure uses a disposable foot spa system that is replaced for every new service, and tools are either discarded after one use or sanitized in an EPA registered, hospital grade disinfectant and sealed in a pouch. A ventilation system clears fumes and dust. Pedicures take place in Contégo pedicure-spa chairs. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, underarms, bikini area and more, and gift certificates are available. Under the salon's policies, all services are non-refundable, clients who arrive 10 to 15 minutes late without notice may be moved to the next client, and the salon will try to resolve any client who is not fully satisfied.
