The menu is broad, with more than 40 services across hands, feet and brows. Pedicures come in several tiers, from a regular version with a soak, smoothing and massage up to Onsen mineral soak and pearl powder spa options. Acrylic sets can be shaped square, almond or coffin and are sculpted over the natural nail, with fills suggested every two to three weeks.

A wall of more than 500 polish colors is a central feature of the room, and the salon describes its selection as the largest in Norfolk. Ombre pink and white sets, a sculpted French style that blends pink into white, are described as the salon's house specialty.

Hygiene is part of the standard routine: instruments are sanitized between guests, basins are scrubbed after every pedicure, gel is soaked off rather than peeled, and applicators are not reused in waxing. Polish is optional for every service, and guests can ask for Tommy or Jennifer by name.

Hours run Monday through Saturday, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm; the salon is closed Sundays. Gift certificates are available in the salon.
