Treatments fall into massage, facials, body scrubs and treatments, scalp nourishment, and waxing. Massages run from 75 to 120 minutes and include a classic Swedish option, a stone massage using heated and cool stones, a deeper session with slow strokes and focused pressure, and a 75-minute version with assisted stretching. Facials include a gentle option for delicate or easily irritated skin, a customized facial that begins with a skin analysis, and a sculpted facial with lymphatic drainage, gua sha, and facial massage. Sugar body scrubs exfoliate with a gentle massage technique. Scalp nourishment and a 30-minute soaking tub are also available, and the four packages combine these into longer visits, with prices from $140 to $230.

The spa is open Tuesday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes before an appointment and to call if they will be more than 5 minutes late. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required when booking any service. Confirmed services are not refunded, and rescheduling depends on availability, so a specific time or date cannot be guaranteed. The spa is not suitable for children. Amenities include disabled access, a snack bar, and free parking. Accepted payments are American Express, cash, debit, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. Services are offered in English.
