Cryotherapy is the core of the menu. Whole body cryo uses a nitrogen-based chamber that cools to a stated minimum of -167F and down to -250F, which the business says is colder than the electric cryo saunas it compares itself to, listed at a maximum of -160F. Local cryotherapy and a cryofacial are also offered, and Normatec recovery can be combined with a whole body session. Cryo Fat Freezing uses the Cryo T-Shock machine, which applies heat and cold to a chosen area, and the same device is used for cellulite, facelift and skin tightening treatments.

The IV and injection menu is broad. IV drips range from hydration and vitamin blends to hangover, immunity and jet lag options, and the business also offers IV pushes and vitamin, NAD+, glutathione and Toradol injections. Personalized IV blends are available alongside its formulated bags. NAD+ is offered as an injection and in several infusion strengths. The business says NAD+ treatments are given by board certified physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and RNs, notes that the FDA has not assessed NAD+ IV therapy, and suggests that optimal NAD+ treatment may take four consecutive days.

The practice also runs a six-month medical weight loss program using tirzepatide injections. It is self-pay and not covered by insurance, and the medication cost is separate from program pricing. Candidacy is decided by a medical provider after reviewing medical history and current medications, with listed criteria of a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with at least one weight-related condition. The initial consultation is free and follow-up visits are $100.
