The center sits at the southeast corner of Bethany and Greenville Avenue, in Suite 115. It draws clients from nearby towns including Plano, McKinney, Frisco, Garland, Wylie and Parker. It is open Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9:30 am to 4 pm and Sunday 11:30 am to 4 pm. Services can be booked online or by phone at (469) 534-7824.

Cryo T-Shock is a treatment that alternates warm and cold applications directly on the skin. The center offers it as a body contouring session for slimming, toning and cellulite, and as facials, including a 30-minute facial with lymphatic drainage, a men's facial and a CryoGlow facial that adds lymphatic massage and a Celluma session. The device is made by Pagani, a Milan-based manufacturer, and the site says it has been used in Europe since 2014.

Whole body cryotherapy is a short exposure to very cold temperatures. A client typically spends about one and a half to three minutes in a cryosauna cooled with liquid nitrogen, which the center's Criomed units reach between -110 and -150 degrees Celsius. The site lists pregnancy and pacemaker use among the reasons to check with a physician first.

Visits are relaxed and planned around the treatments. Clients are asked to complete a questionnaire before their first visit and to wear comfortable clothing. A first appointment should be planned for 45 minutes, including 30 minutes for NormaTec and 15 minutes for whole body cryotherapy. Service waivers are required for all customers once a year and can be completed online before a visit or in store.

Massage is performed by licensed massage therapists. Styles include Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, bamboo, aromatherapy, sports and trigger point work, in 60 and 90-minute sessions, plus chair massages. Clients can add other techniques to a booked massage within the same appointment time at no extra charge, and can choose from grape seed oil, olive oil or custom essential oil blends.

Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later provider, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility. A $29 non-refundable deposit is required at booking for many Cryo T-Shock services, and cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit it.

The center takes a holistic approach, combining recovery treatments with beauty services.
