Body contouring is a main focus. InstaSculpting uses radio frequency and low-frequency ultrasonic waves on targeted areas and involves no downtime; the studio says typical fat loss after a first treatment is about one-quarter to two inches. Cryo Slimming uses sub-zero localized cryotherapy to reduce fat deposits non-surgically through cryolipolysis. Other options include Contour Red 6D, a non-invasive treatment using red light at approximately 650 nm, and Lean Laser fat removal. Multi-session Ultimate Body Contouring and Cryo Slimming packages come with free red light therapy sessions.

Recovery services include whole-body cryotherapy, where a session takes about two to three minutes inside the chamber, and the studio says it is not painful. Localized sub-zero cryotherapy uses pressurized CO2 at approximately -110 degrees on a targeted area and is offered in studio and by mobile service within a 15-mile radius of the office, with a $40 destination fee per trip. The Cocoon infrared sauna pod combines dry heat, red light and infrared heat with full-body vibration, adjustable intensity and diffused essential oils, in a private room. The Pro 10 Infrared Sauna accommodates up to four people. SLS3 compression boots use digitally controlled air chambers for sequential pressure on the hips, legs, calves, feet and arms, in 20-minute sessions. The studio refers clients to partner Mobile IV Wellness for IV services at home.

Pricing starts low for first visits. Red light, infrared sauna or sauna pod first time is $30, and a first cryotherapy session is $35. Red light and sauna options can be bought as single sessions, five or ten sessions, or an Unlimited Glow Pass at $125 per month with a two-month minimum. Monthly payment plans are available through Cherry, subject to eligibility, including a three-month plan at 0% APR with the first payment due at purchase. A free consultation is offered for people unsure which treatment they need. For cryotherapy, men are advised to wear shorts or boxers and women a sports bra with underwear or shorts; gloves, socks, masks, ear muffs and a robe are provided. Clients should arrive free of lotions and open wounds, and jewelry below the neck must be removed or covered.

Packages are non-refundable, and no cash refunds are given. Store credit is offered for unused sessions if requested within a reasonable time, can be applied to any service, and may be transferred to a friend or family member. Services and packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, after which unused sessions expire. Many unlimited options require a two-month minimum and one session per day per service. The studio is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and is closed Sunday.
