Co-owners Monica Barbeau and Vanessa Badilla lead the team. The salon says its team is led by stylists it calls award-winning and recognized among the Bay Area's best. Monica focuses on balayage, lived-in color, corrective color and hand-tied extensions, while Vanessa focuses on custom color, cuts, beaded weft extensions and K tip extensions.

Consultations are complimentary, and clients are asked to share their full hair history, including any bleach or color allergies, henna, box color, color remover, Brazilian or keratin treatments, and relaxers or perms. Bookings require a deposit with a valid credit card, or an upfront payment when booking online. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and arriving 15 minutes late may mean the originally booked services cannot be provided. If a client is unhappy, a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist is offered when they call within 10 days of the service. Services are not refunded, and gift cards do not expire but cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
