Appointments are scheduled individually to keep waiting time short.

Braid menus are organized by style and by size, measured in rows, from jumbo to extra small, with 16 and 26 inch lengths. Knotless, boho, box, individual and crochet braids are all offered, along with cornrows and base braids made for wigs. Braid services do not include shampoo, so a shampoo service can be added. Hair for braids is available in select colors for an additional charge, and clients name their preferred color or colors when they book.

For weaves, the studio offers frontal, closure, natural part and half weaves. A weave install starts with a shampoo and conditioning of natural hair, then braiding and sewing in the extensions, followed by styling and cutting to the client's taste. The Healthy Install Experience adds a scalp detox, a hydrating mask and a tension-free foundation before a sew-in. The studio describes its installs as premium and aimed at clients who want volume, length or versatility while keeping scalp health a priority.

The studio asks that braid bookings be made at least three weeks ahead. Appointments need to be confirmed by email or text within 48 hours or they are canceled. A 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals, after which a late fee applies, and arriving more than 30 minutes late may lead to a changed appointment or cancellation. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and late fees must be paid before new appointments can be booked. The studio describes its salon experience as indulgent.

The studio builds each service around the individual's scalp, hair texture and lifestyle, and schedules appointments one at a time to reduce waiting.
