The menu is built around silk presses in three tiers. The Essential Silk covers cleansing, conditioning and a silk press for healthy hair that needs a refresh. The Deluxe Silk adds a clarifying cleanse, a custom treatment and a complimentary trim or dusting, and suits dry or dull hair. The Premium Silk is the most involved, with a scalp detox, a structural bond-building treatment, a custom shaping cut and a take-home maintenance product. Silk press appointments are listed at 90 minutes or more.

Extension work is a large part of the menu. Sew-ins attach extensions to a braided foundation, quick weaves use a protective cap and adhesive, and skip wefts are installed without a traditional sew-in. Weave ponytails are made with extensions. Hair is sold separately for sew-ins, quick weaves, ponytails and skip wefts, and clients add bundles to their cart before checkout. Half up/half down styles do not include hair, so clients bring their own. Sew-in maintenance is only booked for sew-ins originally done at Crowned Lux.

Braided styles, twists, crochet braids and locs make up the rest of the styling menu. Cornrows are braided flat to the scalp and include a wash and blow dry, with no weave added to braids. Take downs remove extensions, twists or braids, followed by detangling and a wash and condition; mini and micro braids and twists are not included in that service. Pre and post protective style prep is a wash and strengthening treatment for natural hair.

Consultations are free but take 30 minutes and cannot be booked alongside a service. The service is booked at the end of the consultation, once it is confirmed that it can go ahead. Deposits vary by service. Cancellations and rescheduling need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations, no-shows and changes made after the appointment time forfeit the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Questions can be sent through the salon's contact form.
