Loc work runs from loc reattachment for loose or broken locs, through simple loc styling, retwists in several forms (standard, kids, luxury, and an innerlocking method suggested for clients who sweat often or swim), to separation, comb-outs, transformations, combining, and starter locs or micro locs. Boho locs, invisible locs and the Burmese crown luxury package are also offered. Several loc services have prices that depend on length, density or condition, and a consultation confirms the final price for some of them.
Braid services include natural cornrows (hair needs to be 4 to 5 inches long), men's box braids, twists and crown braids. Color options include frosted tips that lighten only the ends, highlights, low-lights and single process all-over color. Cuts include trims and haircuts with a wash. Pre-parting is offered as a styling service, and a standalone consultation is available at $50.
Treatments and washes include a hydration steam treatment, a detox, extra detangling, a scalp scrub that removes buildup, oil and impurities from the scalp, and a deep cleanse. The healthy hair goals packages come in three levels, and the studio suggests the basic version every four to six weeks, before or between braid styles. Wash-only and wash-and-blow-dry options are also available.
Booking is structured around deposits. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure an appointment, and some services need a deposit between $10 and $300. Cancelling or a no-call/no-show forfeits the deposit, while rescheduling applies it to the next visit. A 15-minute grace period applies, with a late fee after that. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 4 PM, and closed Sundays.
