Services are grouped into braids, locs, mobile work and twists. New clients to loc care begin with a New Crowns Only appointment, which includes an extended consultation, a scalp and loc assessment, a review of product history and maintenance recommendations. A completed Crown Assessment form and clear photos are needed beforehand. Established clients book Returning Loc Crowns for palm-roll, comb-twist and interlocking maintenance. Enhanced Loc Collection adds length, volume or a customized look, and boho detailing can be added using human hair supplied by the client.

Braid and twist options include natural hair braids for loose natural hair, extension braids in feed-in, stitch and knotless styles, and faux locs. Faux locs include a scalp assessment, luxury shampoo, conditioning, a blow-dry and standard braiding hair, and specialty or human hair may cost extra. Natural hair twists are offered in large, medium, small or structured barrel styles, for natural hair only. Pricing varies by style, size and length.

Cancellations and rescheduling requests need at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service total and no-shows 100%. A 10-minute grace period applies, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late incur a $25 late fee; appointments may be canceled after 15 minutes of lateness. Deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred with proper notice. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval.

Travel To You brings services to a chosen location from $400, and approval is required before booking. Quotes are requested through the contact form with the service address, preferred date and event details. A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the quoted total applies, with a $200 minimum, and travel costs such as airfare, lodging and ground transportation are separate. A full day is reserved for mobile work, which does not represent the exact styling time.
