The menu centers on hair extensions and related installs. Options include tape-in extensions, sew-in installs and maintenance, Microlink extensions (including weft-method installs, tightening, maintenance and take-down), clip-in installs, and quickweaves in flip-over and glueless classic styles. Wig services cover install, half and flip-over units, U-part installs, braid downs, cleaning and revamping, and custom wig creation.

Silk presses are offered in a standard version for returning clients, a Royal version with deep cleansing, customized deep conditioning and trim, and an Olaplex smoothing press. Color work includes semi-permanent color that deepens existing color without lightener, and custom color bundles for extension hair. Consultations are available in the shop for extensions and Microlinks, where the stylist checks hair and scalp and discusses what the install would involve.

Booking follows a set process. After a request, clients receive a deposit invoice by text, which must be paid within 24 hours to hold the appointment, and deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients should arrive on time with hair already detangled. Payment is taken at the appointment by cash, Zelle or card, with a small fee on card payments. Extra guests are not permitted because the space is limited.

Extension and install services are scheduled around consultations and clear hair requirements, such as minimum length, purchased hair and washed units, so each appointment is set up before the day.
