Booking requires a non-refundable 20% deposit. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness; arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged a $15 late fee on the remaining balance, and arrivals more than 20 minutes late risk having the appointment cancelled or rescheduled. Clients who miss an appointment without calling are charged 50% of the remaining balance. Hair is included in the price for every style except crochet, and clients are asked to arrive with hair detangled and blown out as fully as possible. A cleansing wash and a restorative deep conditioning treatment are available as add-ons, recommended one to two days before braiding. Additional guests are asked to be limited during appointments.

The menu covers stitch braids, goddess braids, men's designer braids and knotless braids, along with feed-in cornrows, flip over braids, French curl braids and half and half styles. Crochet styles, faux locs, twists, loc styles and natural hairstyles without added hair are also offered, plus touch-up services and kids styles for ages 4 to 12.

Built around low manipulation protective styles that aim to protect hair health and give hair a rest from daily styling.
