Maintenance is organized around packages on 4-, 6- and 8-week schedules for neck, shoulder and mid-back lengths, and around Retie and Interlock packages on 6- to 12-week schedules. Annual loc maintenance packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, sessions do not carry over, and the cards must be shown at every visit. Retie visits begin with a thorough shampoo and scalp treatment, and clients are asked to arrive detangled and free of heavy buildup. The studio runs a client rotation, so another client's service may start during hands-free parts of an appointment such as processing or drying.

The studio also offers a 12-month hair regrowth and restoration program for clients dealing with thinning, shedding, breakage, postpartum hair loss or early-stage alopecia. It includes detox and scalp restoration treatments, hair and minoxidil stimulation sessions, light therapy as needed, and a two-part consultation with lab review. A content creator program runs over 12 months with visits every 6 weeks, limited to 12 clients a year, and requires filming and photos at each visit and following the studio's creative direction for styles and color.

Children are welcome, including children with disabilities and special needs, and the pace is adjusted where reasonable.

The studio starts new clients with a consultation before full service and offers interlocking maintenance as a longer-lasting option to a traditional retwist.
