The menu runs from small facial areas such as the nose, sideburns, chin, upper lip and eyebrows up to full face, which covers the forehead, brows, nose, sideburns, cheeks, chin, lip, jaw and neck. Body services include underarms, chest, stomach, back, arms and legs, with options for full stomach, upper or lower back, and full back that can include the shoulders. Intimate services are available as Bikini Line, Bikini Full and Brazilian, with the Brazilian and Bikini Full listed as female-only. Brazilian covers the bikini line, front and butt strip, and can be done with a landing strip, triangle or bare finish. A Full Butt Add-On is booked alongside a Brazilian on the same day.

Bookings are held on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 12 PM to 4 PM. The studio is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday. Clients can send questions to Princess Jones through a contact form before booking. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the service is shortened or the appointment is moved. Gift cards are offered.

Most services ask for three to four weeks of hair growth before the visit, while Upper Lip, Chin and Sideburns ask for three weeks. Clients are asked to avoid tweezing the lip and chin beforehand, skip thick moisturizers on the day, and cut back on caffeine and alcohol to reduce skin sensitivity. Underarm waxing can be booked with deodorant on, and it is removed with cleanser before the wax.

Waxing is the whole menu, with the aim of helping clients feel good about their skin and confidence.
