Owner Brianne Vera personally performs the hair services and works with each client from consultation through the appointment. Hair visits begin with understanding the client's concern and goals before any service is chosen, rather than applying a standard solution.

The studio is designed to feel calm and relaxing. Reiki sessions need no previous energy healing experience, and new clients can ask what to expect beforehand. Sessions do not guarantee a particular physical, emotional or medical result and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Hair treatments are not presented as reversing all forms of damage.

Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius, where Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
