Two signatures are built for shared visits. Mommy and Me, starting at $210, is for a parent and child: the parent receives a scalp massage and sleek blowout, and the child receives a gentle massage and a mini blowout or braid. Couples Treatment, starting at $260 and running 90 minutes, is a side-by-side service in a double bed room where guests choose two Crown services or one Crown and one King service.

Memberships give regular clients one monthly treatment, bookable at any time during the month, from the Royal Treatment, Crown Treatment, or Halo Refresh, along with priority booking and discounts. VIP members earn points toward future discounts on every treatment, can receive gifts for referring a friend or booking multiple treatments, get a birthday treat, and have early access to launch events, seasonal specials, and private spa days. For hair growth, the Scalpology program runs eight weeks.

Some scheduling rules apply. Scalp treatments should be booked before color services and at least two weeks after a color service. Tape-in extensions are not serviced. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%.
