The nail menu is built around enhancements, which include acrylics, liquid gel, dipping gel, Gel-X, Next Gen overlays and ombre sets. Fill-ins are offered only when the current set is in good condition; damaged or lifted nails may need a new full set. Removing enhancements requires professional soaking to protect the natural nail. Natural nail manicures range from a classic service with shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage and regular polish, to a deluxe version that adds a sugar scrub, plus gel polish options with or without a manicure.

Pedicures come in seven tiers, from a 30-minute classic to a 90-minute supper crown service. The upper tiers add treatments such as a sugar scrub, an organic orange foot soak and clay mask, collagen mask and massage lotion, volcano detox crystals, paraffin wax and hot stone massage. A complimentary glass of red or white wine comes with the special pedicure and the higher tiers, but not with the regular manicure or regular pedicure.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, back, chest, and bikini and Brazilian areas. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long before a wax, and waxing is not advised on sunburned skin or open wounds. Children's services are available within an age limit, and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Sanitation is built into the routine, with one-time buffers and nail files used for every client, full liner protection on every pedicure, and staff trained to follow a sanitization protocol. The salon also recommends pedicures every three to five weeks for upkeep.

According to the salon, the space is meant to feel luxurious, relaxing and beautiful.
