The hair menu covers first-time relaxers, relaxer retouches, shampoo and style services for relaxed and natural hair, precision cuts, and pixie cuts with waves or a retouch for previously relaxed hair. Shampoo and wig braid-downs are offered for wig installs, and natural hair past the shoulders carries a per-inch length fee. The scalp side of the menu includes Crown Scope Analysis, which uses a magnifying scope camera to review follicles, buildup and scalp condition and comes with a personal care plan. The salon describes scope analyses as cosmetic and educational rather than a medical diagnosis. Scalp treatments include high frequency, LED light therapy and a Signature Scalp Detox with a deep cleanse, scalp massage and hydrating finish. Head spa sessions come in a 30-minute express version and a 60-minute version with scalp analysis. A Hair Strand Test is also offered, in which a hair sample is sent to a professional lab and results are reviewed at a follow-up; lab fees are nonrefundable once the sample is sent, and result timing depends on the lab. Opening hours are Monday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Tuesday through Friday in two blocks, 8:00 am to 2:45 pm and 4:00 pm to 6:45 pm. The salon is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
