New clients are asked to text before booking with an introduction, the services they want, a photo of their current hair and at least one inspiration photo. For some services, such as crown extensions or corrective color, a consultation may be requested first.

Cuts are shaped with scissors or razor, and the work centers on removing bulk, adding volume and creating movement. Extension options range from small color pops and bold color chunks to a full crown weft for length, and beaded installs use European hair attached without glue, tape or sewing. Custom extension hair typically arrives seven to ten days after it is ordered.

Scalp and hair treatments can be booked alone or added to any service for $30, with options for detox, repair, rich moisture, lightweight shine or scalp exfoliation. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a charge of half the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price.

Appointments are planned around a text exchange and photos before booking, with a consultation for complex color and extension work.
